PHASE 2 · PRACTICAL DEMOS

Seven scenarios for school, home and exploration.

Each scenario starts with a prepared learning environment. You can first watch, then change individual parameters and later program it yourself.

01

Conveyor Pick

Learning goal: Connect sensor, gripper and material flow.

  • Conveyor
  • Photoelectric sensor
  • Workpiece
  • Place zone

Program concept: WAIT FOR $IN[1] → Pick → Grip → Place.

02

Two Stations

Learning goal: Understand BASE 1 and BASE 2 as workstation reference frames.

  • Station A
  • Station B
  • BASE markers
  • Workpiece carrier

Program concept: $BASE = BASE_DATA[1] → Station A → BASE 2 → Station B.

03

Palletizing

Learning goal: Recognize grids, repeatable target points and structured placement.

  • 2×3 pallet
  • Ghost boxes
  • Grid points
  • Approach positions

Aktueller Demo-Umfang: drei definierte Grid points nacheinander abfahren. Die Ghost boxes visualisieren das vollständige 2×3-Muster; ein automatisches Mehrfach-Stapeln mit sechs realen Boxen wird nicht vorgetäuscht.

04

Tool Change

Learning goal: Compare parallel gripper, vacuum gripper and 3-finger gripper.

  • Tool rack
  • TOOL_DATA[1..3]
  • different workpieces

Program concept: Select tool → perform task → select another tool.

05

Fault Scenario

Learning goal: Read the message and systematically narrow down the cause.

  • Warning light
  • Sensor
  • Wait state
  • SmartPAD message

Program concept: WAIT FOR $IN[1] waits until the correct state is established.

06

Cobot Comparison

Learning goal: Compare KR 6 and LBR iisy as different workstation concepts.

  • open lab table
  • LBR iisy
  • KR 6 comparison
  • workspace marker

Program concept: observe the same simple axis sequence on different robot models.

07

Speed Comparison

Learning goal: Compare POV/HOV, motion duration and visible path.

  • 25 / 50 / 100 %
  • Path marker
  • same target points

Program concept: repeat the same sequence with different overrides.

Note: Die Scenarios sind didaktische Browsermodelle.
